Thomas Anthony Spagnolo Jr. passed away January 25th, 2007 from a methadone overdose. He had been struggling with staying clean for a couple of years, in and out of rehab for approx. 2 years. Finally he started in a methadone program and nobody knew what would come out of this horrible drug and that it would probably be better from him to have just stayed on the percocets and other pain killers then to have been prescribed to methadone.

He liked camping, animals, and little kids, especially his cousin Nicola. If he had 5 dollars left in his name, he wouldn't save it, he would spend it on something pleasureful!! He had the most upbeat personality you would ever meet in your entire life. He was always smiling and always had a very positive attitude towards life. Always being silly and carefree were his ways to make you smile. He graduated North Penn High School in 2003 where he was friends with everyone who interacted with him. Everyone loved him, there wasn't anyone who didn't.

I dated him for 5 years where we were the best of friends and never left each other's side. I am so lucky to have met him or else I wouldn't be the person I am today. He is missed by so many people and words cannot even describe the loss or pain I still have. May we meet again "Bubby", please wait at the gates. I hope your struggle is over now and forever shall be. We all love you.
